Monthly plans: data resets each month on your activation date. Data packs: last until used and never expire. The allowances work differently, so don’t compare the total figures alone.

Choose a Plan Based on Your Usage

Choose a billing type first, then compare data tiers. Prices and allowances shown here are fixed; no other long-term billing periods or discounts are offered.

Monthly Plans: A Set Data Allowance Each Month

Data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Choose a tier for your regular usage; there’s no need to plan for occasional high-data use as if it happens every month.

Light Everyday Use

60GB Monthly Plan

¥9.9/month

A good fit for browsing, messaging and occasional cross-border access. If you’re unsure how much data you use day to day, start with this tier and track your usage. The monthly allowance makes it easier to plan your regular network costs. If you often stream long videos, transfer large files or keep multiple devices connected, check your data use before deciding whether you need a larger allowance.

Heavier Usage

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28/month

For regular network acceleration, frequent streaming or working with large files. This tier offers more monthly data than the other monthly plans, but it still has a fixed allowance—not unlimited usage. Video quality, file sizes and background syncing all affect data use. Plan allowances don’t guarantee connection speeds; your experience also depends on your network, route and the service you’re accessing.

Choose This Plan

Monthly plans suit regular use; data packs suit irregular usage. Compare billing types first, then allowances. We don’t label plans with different billing models as “best value.”

Included with Every Plan

Prices vary mainly by data allowance and billing type. Device support, coverage and account access are explained here.

Device Support

Unlimited devices

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Set up the devices you need and keep an eye on your account’s total data usage. Download clients and subscription links from the user dashboard to avoid files from unknown sources.

Route Coverage

100+ countries / 240+ routes

Coverage indicates the range of routes available; not every route suits every destination. Accessing services in mainland China and accessing international websites involve different destinations. Check your intended direction first, then try routes available in your client.

Anonymous, No Logs

Account and Usage Support

Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. For order or connection issues, submit a ticket in the dashboard. Include your platform, route and a description of the issue; never send your password or full subscription link.

Streaming and AI Tools: Check the Route and the Service

A larger data tier gives you more data, not guaranteed access to specific websites. Streaming catalogs, account eligibility and playback quality depend on each platform’s policies. AI tools may also have account or regional requirements. Choose a route based on the service you want to use; plan pricing alone can’t tell you whether it will work. For details, see our streaming guide and AI tools guide.

Compare Billing Types and Usage Rules

Choosing how to use a plan over time involves more than price: consider when data resets, what happens to unused data and how to adjust if your needs change.

Reset date follows your activation date

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; it doesn’t automatically reset on the first of each calendar month. When checking usage, compare your remaining data with your subscription details in the dashboard. Video streaming, downloads and background syncing can all use data, so keep an eye on consumption, especially when more devices are connected.

Check Upgrade Orders in the Dashboard

If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; it isn’t simply the difference between two monthly prices. Before confirming, review the order details generated in the dashboard, including the target tier and adjustment. Monthly plans and data packs have different billing types. For situations not covered on this page, such as switching or combining plans, ask support via a ticket rather than assuming how the rules work.

Orders and Payments

Payment Methods and Order Checks

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check your account and plan before paying, then verify the status in the dashboard afterward. This page compares plans; place your order in the user dashboard.

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT
  1. Confirm Your Account and Plan

Open the user dashboard from a plan card and check that you’re signed into the right account. Confirm the plan, data allowance and billing type. To create an account, you only need a username and password—no email address required. Keep your login details safe and don’t share your password.

  2. Follow the Payment Page Instructions

After choosing a payment method, follow the instructions and pay the amount shown on the order page. When paying with USDT, carefully check the details provided on the payment page; don’t reuse information from an old order. Don’t follow transfer requests in chats instead of paying through the dashboard order.

  3. Return to the Dashboard to Check the Result

After paying, check your order and subscription status, then open the client and subscription section. If payment is complete but the status hasn’t updated, keep your order details and payment receipt, then contact support via a ticket. Don’t pay again just to refresh the status. Check the dashboard for client access requirements.

30-day, no-reason refund guarantee

Refund Requests and Information to Prepare

If a plan doesn’t meet your needs, you can request a refund under the refund policy. Sign in to the user dashboard and submit a ticket explaining your request, with the relevant order details to help verify your account and transaction. Read the refund policy for eligibility and processing details; this summary does not replace the full policy.

You don’t need to send your password, full subscription link or other login credentials to support when requesting a refund. If you’re also having connection issues, include the platform, current route, what happened and any error message. These details can help distinguish order issues from connection issues; they aren’t additional restrictions on the refund guarantee.

Billing and Refund FAQs

Check the price, device limit and refund terms before choosing a billing type.

How much do VPNWind plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. They last until used and never expire. Monthly plans and data packs are billed differently, so choose based on your usage and data needs.

How many devices can I use with one account?

There’s no device limit. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Keep an eye on your account’s data usage when connecting multiple devices—unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Get clients and subscription links from the user dashboard. iOS access requirements differ from those for other platforms; check the dashboard for details.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 30 days, no reason required. To request one, sign in to the user dashboard and submit a ticket explaining your request, with the relevant order details. Review the refund policy before submitting. Never send your password or full subscription link in a ticket. See the refund policy for eligibility and processing details.

Which payment methods are supported?

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Select a plan in the user dashboard and check the order details, then follow the payment page instructions. After paying, return to the dashboard to check your order and subscription status. If the payment status hasn’t updated, keep your payment receipt and contact support via a ticket. Don’t pay again.

When does monthly data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. The activation date is not necessarily the first of the calendar month, so check your subscription status and reset schedule in the dashboard. Before upgrading, review the order details generated there; don’t estimate the amount due by simply subtracting monthly prices.

Do data packs expire, and do I need an email address?

Data packs last until used and never expire. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Keep your login details safe. Data packs still have a fixed allowance, so check your remaining data in the dashboard. Never expiring does not mean unlimited data.
