Service Scope
VPNWind provides subscription services for cross-border access and network acceleration for connections to mainland China. Users manage their accounts, select a plan, retrieve a subscription, and connect to routes using a client. The service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. See the panel for specific access methods and usage conditions.
The subscription service provides network connectivity; it does not include membership, content licenses, or third-party accounts for destination websites. Access to an external service depends on its regional policies, account status, and usage requirements. Route coverage does not mean that every external service will be accessible.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep account credentials and subscription information secure. Do not publicly share your password, subscription link, or import credentials. If you discover a leak or unusual use, change your credentials promptly and request help through a panel ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time. This is intended for the account holder's own use across multiple devices and does not permit sharing a subscription with others. You may not resell, rent, or transfer an account without authorization, provide service to others through shared connections, misuse connection resources with automated programs, or disrupt other users.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and do not expire. Before paying, check the selected product, amount, and traffic rules. You can view your order and subscription status in the panel.
Compliance and Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your use of the service, as well as the terms of use of destination platforms. You may not use the service for illegal purposes, including network attacks, fraud, distribution of malicious software, theft of information, or infringement of another person's privacy or intellectual property.
Do not attempt unauthorized system access, scanning, or resource use, or assist others in doing so. You are responsible for the content you access, publish, and transmit. VPNWind's anonymous, no-logs policy does not change your responsibility to use the service lawfully.
Availability and Limits of Responsibility
Your connection experience depends on factors such as your local network, carrier links, the status of destination services, device settings, and route maintenance. VPNWind does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or ongoing access to any particular website, app, or content. Maintenance and route changes may cause temporary disruptions.
If an issue occurs, first check your subscription status, update your configuration, and try another suitable route. VPNWind will address service issues within its control. Responsibility for impacts caused by decisions of third-party platforms, external network failures, or events beyond reasonable control will be determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Account Suspension and Termination
If VPNWind identifies illegal use, subscription resale, external sharing, or conduct that threatens service operations, it may suspend relevant connections or terminate an account based on the nature of the conduct. To prevent ongoing harm, VPNWind may first impose restrictions and then explain the reason through the panel.
If you disagree with an action, submit your order details and an explanation through a panel ticket. Do not submit your account password or complete subscription credentials. Account restrictions, order disputes, and refund requests are handled under their respective rules and are not treated as equivalent.

Changes to These Terms and Feedback
VPNWind may revise these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or improvements to usage rules. The updated version will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained through an on-site or panel notice, including when they take effect and what they cover.
Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already obtained in accordance with applicable law.
